Event Details

Take part in examining the deeper aspects of Henry David Thoreau’s works and explore their environmental significance in today’s world. Even though they were written decades ago, Thoreau’s works provide powerful statements about the environment, society, and the spiritual world that continue to challenge us today. Tom Potter, immediate past-president of the International Thoreau Society, will be guiding our review. Tom regularly lectures around the country on Thoreau’s works and message. Ages 18+.
